Operation No Release – Appeal for Help by NParks: Please sign up by 22 Apr 2010

Karen Teo of NParks says,

“It’s the time of the year for Operation No Release which was started in 2005. There has been an increase in cases of animal release within the nature reserves and this year we hope to get help from the community .

The areas covered are the various hotspots at Bukit Timah, Dairy Farm, MacRitchie, Venus Drive, Lower & Upper Peirce, Upper Seletar, Mandai Road and Mandai Lake Road.

This is a large area and volunteers are needed to persuade the public to safeguard our natural heritage. Please sign up and get your friends and family to accompany you to spend a few hours meaningfully in May. “
